Sync and data updates
Qualiteam keeps connected providers up to date with automatic syncing. Intercom, Helpshift, TimelinesAI, and Zendesk expose their provider-specific controls under Incoming conversation filtering. Telegram keeps equivalent per-account settings, but they are not currently exposed in the Telegram settings UI.
The conversation limit defaults to 10 and applies independently to a provider's initial import and its first import after a manual or quota pause. Only the newest eligible conversations through the recorded resume time are retained from accumulated backlog. Setting the limit to 0 advances the provider checkpoint without downloading that backlog. For Telegram, the limit is shared only by recurring chat windows owned by the same Telegram account.
Fetching stops before provider calls when its connection is manually paused, when a free company has no free evaluations, or when a paying company reaches its configured negative-balance threshold. Automatic quota state is shown read-only and does not overwrite the per-connection manual switch. After quota recovers, the first allowed attempt establishes the resume boundary and applies that connection's saved limit.
These controls discard only conversation history that has not yet been fetched. They never remove imported conversations or evaluations. A failed bounded attempt retains its boundary for retry, and a successful attempt advances the provider watermark exactly through that boundary so normal overlap does not resurrect discarded backlog. Telegram and TimelinesAI one-off batches wait while a selected connection is paused, then run uncapped.
Disconnecting an integration stops new data from that provider.
Security & privacy
Qualiteam.ai imports Intercom conversations (full message content and related metadata) and associated users/companies to evaluate communication quality and generate insights in the Qualiteam dashboard. The integration is read-only — Qualiteam does not send messages to Intercom or modify anything in your workspace. Customer data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, and the platform runs on secure cloud infrastructure.
You can disconnect the integration at any time to stop syncing new data. Imported data is stored encrypted in a managed database and retained for up to 12 months (then deleted/rotated according to the policy). For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy and Security pages.
