Sync and data updates

Qualiteam keeps your Intercom data up to date with automatic syncing. After the initial connection, Qualiteam checks for new or updated conversations every minute.

Initial sync: when you connect Intercom for the first time, Qualiteam imports the latest 50 conversations to get you started quickly.

Disconnecting: if you disconnect Intercom, Qualiteam will stop syncing new data from your workspace.

Security & privacy

Qualiteam.ai imports Intercom conversations (full message content and related metadata) and associated users/companies to evaluate communication quality and generate insights in the Qualiteam dashboard. The integration is read-only — Qualiteam does not send messages to Intercom or modify anything in your workspace. Customer data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, and the platform runs on secure cloud infrastructure.

You can disconnect the integration at any time to stop syncing new data. Imported data is stored encrypted in a managed database and retained for up to 12 months (then deleted/rotated according to the policy). For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy and Security pages.
