Knowledge Base is the project's reference library for policies, product facts, internal playbooks, and other source material used during evaluation and attribute extraction.

Add reference documents

Open Knowledge Base from the project navigation and upload a .txt, .md, .docx, or .pdf file. Qualiteam extracts the document text so it can be included in AI prompts when referenced.

Use documents in evaluation setup

Reference a file with an @ mention in a criterion or attribute instruction. Only the documents referenced by that instruction are supplied for the corresponding evaluation or extraction.

Keep each document focused and current. Use descriptive file names, remove obsolete versions, and place the specific @ mention in every instruction that needs the material.
